To this day, the group that came to Halifax in July 1997 stands out as having been the one that literally took the entire province of Nova Scotia by storm. So what else would they call the tales of their adventures but Taking the Province by Storm. We hope you enjoy reading their work. Keep in mind that, first and foremost, this website is meant to be fun. But as well, it should show you why MSVU's English immersion program for Québec teachers is so successful. Incidentally, eligible Québec teachers can obtain more information about this program by sending an E-mail message to the program coordinator, Mary Lou O'Hara. On last thing... On some pages, you will have the opportunity to play a musical piece that complements the page's content and, for the particpants, brings back fond memories. Indeed, who would have thought that Petula Clark's Down Town would come back with such a vengence...
